Nestled among the majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain Range, Aliante offers residents quality design, amenities, architecture and master

Two additional community parks, a natural arroyo perfectly suited to the outdoor enthusiast, and over 24 miles of lit concrete trails round out the variety of leisure time activity options. There are also many facilities outside of the community including, but not limited to, banking, places of worship, health services, libraries, a post office, DMV, and a new city recreation and aquatic complex.
In addition to the 1,165 acres of residential development, commercial development of 100 acres will provide shopping, dining and entertainment venues within the community. A two-story office building located on I-215 and Aliante Parkway will feature service-oriented businesses such as financial, legal, real estate, accounting, and insurance. The first retail shopping center featuring a Smith's Food & Drug Center, banking and financial institutions, retail stores, restaurants and a City Stop convenience store and car wash is scheduled to open Spring 2006.
Three schools are planned for the community of Aliante, two elementary schools and a middle school, slated to be built by the Clark Country School District within the boundaries of Aliante. Theron H. and Naomi D. Goynes Elementary School opened in August 2005. Brian Cram middle school is also zoned for students within Aliante.
